Police Dept. Report
Accident—At approximately 3:50 p.m. Monday, April 5, officers responded to an accident in the 1500 block of Lincoln Street. A vehicle owned by Catrina Affolter, Clifton, was struck by an unknown driver. This incident is under investigation.
Arrests—At approximately 12:24 p.m. Monday, April 5, officers responded to the 200 block of East 18th Street for a disturbance. Upon further investigation, officers arrested Denise Mathiesen, Concordia, for DUI. Mathiesen was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 4:34 p.m. Monday, April 5, officers arrested Catrina Affolter, Clifton, on a Cloud County warrant for theft. Affolter was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 6:54 p.m. Monday, April 5, officers arrested Lucas Schmidt, Concordia, in the 1500 block of Lincoln Street on three Cloud County warrants for bond violation. Schmidt was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 1:15 a.m. Tuesday, April 6, officers responded to a disturbance in the 100 block of West 12th Street. Upon further investigation, officers arrested Brandon Borges, Concordia, for aggravated domestic battery. Borges was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 5:29 a.m. Tuesday, April 6, officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1700 block of State Street. Upon further investigation, officers arrested Kyler Rutherford, Wichita, for DUI. Rutherford was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Criminal Damage—At approximately 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 6, officers received a report of criminal damage to property to a vehicle in the 1900 block of Lincoln Street. Investigation continues.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At approximately 2:01 p.m. Tuesday, April 6, there was a grass fire in the 100 block of Lincoln Street.
At approximately 6:27 p.m. Tuesday, April 6, there was a medical call at the intersection of East Sixth Street and Industrial Road. A patient was evaluated, but not transported by ambulance to the hospital.
At approximately 7:46 p.m. Tuesday, April 6, there was an ambulance transfer from Cloud County Health Center to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
