Police Department Report
Arrests—At 9:08 p.m. Thursday, May 4, officers responded to the 200 block of East Sixth Street and upon investigation, arrested Erica Lopez-Maya, Concordia, on charges of battery.
At 4:52 p.m. Sunday, May 7, officers arrested Jason S. Eustice, Concordia, on a warrant and interference with law enforcement officers, in the 400 block of East Seventh Street.
Domestic Violence—At 12:30 p.m. Friday, May 5, officers responded to a report of domestic violence in the 200 block of East Fifth Street. Upon investigation, officers arrested Lori A. West, Concordia, on charges of criminal threat, and Katherine J. West, Concordia, on domestic battery and mistreatment of an elder.
At 11:32 p.m. Friday, May 5, officers responded to a report of domestic violence in the 400 block of West Seventh Street. Upon investigation, officers arrested Jaden T. Whitesell, Belleville, on charges of domestic battery.
Accidents—At 5:50 a.m. Friday, May 5, officers took a report of a two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 800 block of West Fifth Street.
At 6:49 a.m. Friday, May 5, officers took a report of a single-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 800 block of West Fifth Street.
At 11:09 a.m. Monday, May 8, officers took a report of a two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 1500 block of Lincoln Street.
At 7:45 p.m. Monday, May 8, officers worked a two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 2200 block of Campus Drive.
At 9:55 p.m. Monday, May 8, officers responded to an accident in the 1900 block of Lincoln Street. A driver at that location had a medical emergency, causing them to lose control of their vehicle and strike a building owned by Leiszler Oil Company.
Theft—At 6:10 a.m. Saturday, May 6, officers took a theft report in the 200 block of East Fifth Street.

Monday, May 8
At 11:24 a.m., Medic-4 was dispatched for a medical emergency. One patient was transported to North Central Kansas Medical Center.
At 4:05 p.m., Medic-4 was dispatched for a medical emergency. One patient was transported to North Central Kansas Medical Center.
At 9:08 p.m., Medic-4 was dispatched for a medical emergency. No transport was needed.
At 9:54 p.m., Medic-4 was dispatched for a medical emergency. One patient was transported to North Central Kansas Medical Center.
