Accident—At approximately 9:06 a.m. Thursday, May 13, officers responded to the 1100 block of Highland Drive for a one-vehicle accident. A vehicle driven by Kathryn Metcalf, Concordia, struck a retaining wall owned by the Cloud County Health Center, at that location, causing over $1,000 in damage.
