Concordia Police Report
Accidents—At approximately 5:30 p.m. May 21, officers investigated a two-vehicle accident in the 100 block of East College Drive. Vehicles driven by Dakota Nabity, Nelson, Neb., and Kimberly Cashman, Jamestown, collided at that location.
At approximately 10:00 a.m. May 24, officers investigated a two-vehicle accident in the 1200 block of Lincoln Street. Vehicles driven by Abagail Dooley, Concordia, and Dale Hansz, Fremont, Neb., collided at that location.
Arrests—At approximately 1:20 a.m. May 22, officers, during a traffic stop for speed, arrested Mark Evan Neal, 51, Shawnee, Okla., on North 145th at Noble Road. Neal was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and no driver's license. Neal was transported to the Cloud County Health Center.
At approximately 5:05 p.m. May 23, officers investigated a theft in the 200 block of West 5th Street. Investigation led to the arrest of Larry E. Petry, 37, Concordia.
At approximately 5:30 p.m. May 23, officers investigating a disturbance call in the 100 block of West 10th Street arrested Larry E. Petry, Concordia, charging him with domestic battery. Petry was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 7:45 p.m. May 25, officers arrested Randall D. Wernecke, 41, Concordia, during a traffic stop in the 200 block of East 7th Street, charging him with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal use of a firearm. Officers also arrested Bradley F. Deal, 31, Concordia, charging him with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and no proof of insurance. Both Wernecke and Deal were transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 6:34 p.m. May 26, officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Lincoln, leading to the arrest of Russell Rando, Dayton, Texas. Rando was charged with possession of a stimulant and possession of drug paraphernalia. Rando was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
