Police Dept. Report
Accident--At approximately 12:25 p.m. Thursday, May 27, officers investigated a two-vehicle accident in the 100 block of East College Drive involving vehicles driven by Alisyn Bowers, Beloit, and Steven Novak, Belleville.
Theft—At approximately 2:55 p.m. Wednesday, May 26, officers received a report of theft of a license plate in the 700 block of Washington Street. Investigation continues.
Arrests—At approximately 7:20 a.m. Wednesday, May 26, officers responded to a disturbance call in the 1900 block of Lincoln. After investigation, officers arrested Raven Beaman, 41, Concordia, for domestic battery. Beaman was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 10:50 a.m. Wednesday, May 26, officers arrested Sean Wallace, 33, Concordia, in the 200 block of West Second Street on a Northwest Kansas Community Corrections arrest and detain for probation violation. Wallace was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center

At approximately 8:26 a.m. Wednesday, May 26, Medic-4 responded to the 1300 block of Olive Street. One patient was transported to Cloud County Health Center.
At approximately 11:04 a.m. Wednesday, May 26, Medic-4 responded to the 200 block of Ft. Kearny Road. There was no patient transport.
At approximately 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 26, Medic-4 responded to the intersection of Lincoln and College Drive. One patient was transported to Cloud County Health Center.
At approximately 2:36 p.m. Wednesday, May 26, Medic-4 responded to the 1300 block of Olive Street. One patient was transported to Cloud County Health Center.
At approximately 3:19 p.m. Wednesday, May 26, Medic-4 responded to the 200 block of West 21st Street. One patient was transported to Cloud County Health Center.
At approximately 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 26, Medic-5 responded to Cloud County Health Center for a long-distance transfer to Bryan West Memorial Hospital in Lincoln, Neb.
