Arrest – At 8:05 p.m. Thursday, officers conducted a traffic stop in the 2100 block of Lincoln Street which led to the arrest of Katrevis Pounds, 24, Dallas. He was charged with driving while suspended and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center. He was also cited for driving on an expired tag and having no insurance.
