Sheriff's Report
Accidents--At approximately 11:05 p.m. June 3, deputies responded to a one-vehicle non-injury accident in the 2200 section of N. 70th Road. A 1999 Chevy pickup, driven by a juvenile male from Concordia, was traveling southbound when the vehicle struck a deer. After striking the deer, the driver lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle entered the east ditch where it overturned. No injuries were reported.
At approximately 10:00 p.m. June 4, deputies responded to a one-vehicle non-injury accident in the 1300 section of U.S. 81 Hwy. A 2011 Ford passenger car, driven by Kendra Annon of Concordia, was traveling northbound when the vehicle struck a deer.
At approximately 11:30 p.m. June 10, deputies responded to a one-vehicle non-injury accident in the 1400 section of N. 40th Rd. A 2001 Pontiac passenger car, driven by a juvenile male from Beloit, was traveling northbound when the vehicle struck a deer.
Arrests—At approximately 10:10 a.m. June 11, deputies responded to a disorderly person report in the 300 section of E. Buffalo Street in Glasco. Following an investigation, deputies arrested Montana Davis, Delphos. Davis was charged with disorderly conduct, lewd and lascivious behavior, and battery on a law enforcement officer. Davis was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
