Police Dept. Report
Arrests—At approximately 11:56 a.m. Monday, June 14, officers responded to a disturbance in the 200 block of West Seventh Street. Upon further investigation, officers arrested Dustin Mendenhall, Concordia, for disorderly conduct. Mendenhall was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Criminal Damage—At approximately 9:30 a.m. Saturday, June 12, officers responded to the 700 block of Cedar Street for a report of criminal damage to property. Bethany Smith, Concordia, reported damage to property at that location, causing under $1,000 in damage. This incident is under investigation.

Sheriff's Dept. Report
Accidents—At approximately 5:21 a.m. Monday, June 7, a deputy responded to the vicinity of the 500 section of Highway 81 for a non-injury accident involving a deer.
At approximately 7:53 p.m. Friday, June 11, a deputy responded to the 600 section of North 110th Road for a non-injury rollover accident.
At approximately 9:42 p.m. Sunday, June 13, a deputy responded to the 1200 section of Highway 24 for a non-injury accident involving a deer.
Arrests—At approximately 8:13 p.m. Tuesday, June 8, a deputy, with the help of Clay County Sheriff's Department, arrested Korbin Jace Hartner in the 2900 section of Highway 24.
At approximately 2:17 a.m. Sunday, June 13, a deputy conducted a traffic stop on Joseph Colby Cormack. After an investigation, he was arrested for driving under the influence.
