Police Dept. Report
Arrests—At approximately 8:20 p.m. Monday, officers arrested Ralphael Williams, 34, Concordia, in the 1400 block of Lincoln on a Shawnee County warrant for criminal use of a financial card. Williams was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Theft--At approximately 10:50 a.m. Monday, officers investigated a theft in the 400 block of West 15th Street.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At approximately 8:15 p.m. Tuesday, Medic-4 responded to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center for a 26-year-male. There was no transport.
At approximately 4:24 a.m. Wednesday, Medic-4, Truck 2 responded to the 900 block of Westview Drive and transported an 81-year-old male to Cloud County Health Center.
