Police Dept. Report
Arrest—At approximately 10:10 p.m. Wednesday, officers investigated a theft report in the 100 block of East 11th Street. After investigation, officers arrested Larry Petry, 37, Concordia, on charges of theft and disorderly conduct. Petry was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

Sheriff's Dept. Report
Arrests—At approximately 5:30 p.m. June 12, a Cloud County Sheriff's Deputy stopped a vehicle in the 1800 section of U.S. 81 Highway for a traffic violation. During the stop, an investigation led to the arrest of Jennifer Dawn Young, Corpus Christi, Texas. Young was charged with driving under the influence and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 11:20 p.m. June 16, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a domestic disturbance report in the 500 block of W. Ash Street in Miltonvale. Following an investigation, deputies arrested and charged Kurry Hull, Miltonvale, with domestic battery and criminal threat. Hull was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Accidents—At approximately 10:35 p.m. June 11, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a one-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 1100 action of Key Road. A 2012 Chevy passenger car, driven by a juvenile male, was westbound when the vehicle struck a deer.
At approximately 9:20 p.m. June 12, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a one-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 400 section of K 9 Highway. A 2019 Ford pickup, driven by David Gieber, Concordia, was traveling eastbound when the vehicle struck a deer.
At approximately 6:05 a.m. June 15, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a one-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 2200 section of U.S. 81 Highway. A 2013 Ford SUV, driven by Samantha Stover, Parsons, Kan., was traveling southbound when the vehicle struck a deer.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At approximately 8:59 a.m. Wednesday, Medic-4 responded to the 1100 block of Olive Street and transported a 60-year-old female to Cloud County Health Center.
At approximately 9:09 a.m. Thursday, Medic-4 responded to the 300 block of West 10th Street and transported a 38-year-old male to Cloud County Health Center.
At approximately 12:48 a.m. Friday, Medic-4 responded to the 1100 block of Kemp Street and evaluated a 21-year-old female. There was no transport.
