Sheriff's Dept. Report
Traffic Stop—At approximately 1:19 a.m. Tuesday, May 25, a deputy performed a traffic stop on Kansas Street in Concordia and investigation is still ongoing. Illegal substances were found in the vehicle.
Domestic offense—At approximately  3:40 p.m. Wednesday, May 26, deputies took a report of a domestic in the 300 block of Eagle Road. During the investigation, which is still pending, both persons were charged with domestic-type offenses.
Theft—At approximately 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 25, a deputy took a theft report in Glasco. The incident is still under investigation.
At approximately 5:01 p.m. Monday, May 31, a deputy took a theft report on 200th Road. The incident is still under investigation.
Criminal Damage—At approximately 3:33 p.m. Monday, May 31, a deputy took a report of criminal damage to property on Quail Road. The incident is still under investigation.
Accidents—At approximately 11:15 p.m. Saturday, May 29, a deputy took a report of an injury accident in the 2700 block of Union Road.
At approximately 8:50 p.m. Sunday, May 30, a deputy took a report of a non-injury accident in the 2300 block of Jade Road.
Arrests—At approximately 1:19 a.m. Sunday, May 30, a deputy stopped a vehicle in the 2300 block of Union Road. During the investigation, Olivia Gregg, Dodge City, was arrested for possible charges of D.U.I.
At approximately 5:24 a.m. Sunday, May 30, a deputy stopped at Union Road and 270th Road for an assist on a motorist stopped at that location. After investigation, Zachary Ryan Sorrell was arrested for possible D.U.I. charges.

Police Dept. Report
Hit-and-Run—At approximately 6:16 a.m. Saturday, May 29, officers responded to the 1900 block of Washington Street to a report of a hit-and-run. Riley Halfhide, Concordia, reported that unknown persons struck his vehicle while it was legally parked, causing over $1,000 in damage. This incident is under investigation.
Arrest—At approximately 11:25 p.m. Friday, May 28, officers responded to the 200 block of East Fifth Street to a report of a disturbance. Upon further investigation, officers arrested Houston Shepard, Concordia, charging him with domestic battery. Shepard was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 9:25 p.m. Tuesday, June 1, officers responded to a disturbance call in the 900 block of East Ninth Street. Officers arrested Abram Baker, 33, Manhattan, on a Jackson County District Court warrant for probation violation and a prior domestic battery.
At approximately 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 2, officers arrested Brent Lewis, 22, Belleville, in the 1100 block of Cedar Street on a City of Concordia Municipal Court warrant for driving under the influence. Lewis was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Theft—At approximately 3:15 p.m. Tuesday, June 1, officers received report of theft from a vehicle in the 100 block of West Seventh Street. Investigation continues.
