Police Dept. Report
Arrest—At approximately 7:20 p.m. Wednesday, June 2, officers performed a routine traffic stop at East Eighth Street and Lincoln. Officers arrested Joseph Lopez, 39, Concordia, on a Cloud County District Court warrant for failure to abide. Lopez was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

First notice – Cell phone, May 11, 1100 block of State Street; wallet, May 20, unknown; wallet, May 22, Olive Street; wallet, May 28, 1000 block of Lincoln Street; various items, May 31, Walmart.
Second Notice – Wallet, April 10, 100 block of West College Drive; debit card, April 11, 300 block of West 11th Street; coin purse, April 18, 11th Street and Industrial Road; debit card, April 26, 700 block of West Seventh Street; debit card, May 6, 800 block of Lincoln Street.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At approximately 3:05 p.m. Wednesday, June 2, Medic-3 was dispatched to Cloud County Health Center for a Basic Life Support long-distance transfer to Stormont Vail in Topeka.
At approximately 4:03 p.m. Wednesday, June 2, Medic-4 was dispatched to the east shelter house in City Park. No transport was needed.
