Sheriff's Department Report
Charges—At 5:20 a.m. Wednesday, May 31, a deputy took a report of a traffic hazard located at 40th and Wagon roads. After leaving a mobile home in the road on 40th Road, the trailer was removed. Raela Reames, Jamestown, will be charged with maintaining a public nuisance and improper standing parking on roadway.
At 6:48 p.m. Friday, June 2, a deputy took a report of aggravated battery at 190th and Teal Roads. Charges for aggravated assault are being forwarded to the County Attorney's Office against William Andrew Mason, Concordia.
Theft—At 4:32 p.m. Friday, June 2, a deputy took a theft report on 100th Road. The case is still under investigation.
Non-injury accidents—At 6:00 a.m. Thursday, June 1, a deputy took a report of an accident located in the 1200 block of 70th Road.
At 3:08 p.m. Saturday, June 3, a deputy took a report of an accident in the 1500 block of U.S. Highway 24.
At 4:48 p.m. Saturday, June 3, a deputy took a report of an accident located at U.S. Highway 81 and Teal Road.
At 2:36 p.m. Sunday, June 4, a deputy took a report of an accident located at Plum and 165th roads.
