Police Dept. Report
Battery—At approximately 3:27 p.m. Wednesday, July 14, Juan Perez, Concordia, came into the Police Department lobby and reported a battery that had occurred the previous night in the 100 block of West Sixth Street. This incident is under investigation.
Damage to Property—At approximately 7:38 a.m. Tuesday, July 13, officers responded to a damage to property call in the 1300 block of Lincoln Street. Charles Norris, Knoxville, Tenn., reported damage to his property at the location, causing over $1,000 in damage. This incident is under investigation.
Arrest—At approximately 4:01 p.m. Tuesday, July 13, officers and deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 2100 block of Lincoln Street. Upon further investigation, officers arrested Charles Michalka, Houston, Texas, charging him with DUI. Michalka was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 11:26 p.m. Thursday, July 15, officers conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Lincoln. Further investigation led to the arrest of Kevin Murry, Concordia, on charges of DUI and possession of marijuana. Murry was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Accident—At approximately 6:12 p.m. Thursday, July 15, officers responded to an accident in the 800 block of East Sixth Street. Vehicles driven by Xavier Hebert and Marjorie Palecek, both of Concordia, collided at that location, causing over $1,000 in damage.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At approximately 6:21 p.m. Wednesday, July 14, there was a medical call in the 200 block of East 14th Street. One patient was transported by ambulance to Cloud County Health Center.
At approximately 10:35 a.m. Thursday, July 15, Medic-4 was dispatched to the 400 block of N. Fisher in Glasco and transported one patient to the Cloud County Health Center.
At approximately 1:04 p.m. Thursday, July 15, Medic-5 was dispatched to the Cloud County Health Center for a basic life support long-distance transfer to Via Christi in Wichita.
At approximately 11:57 p.m. Thursday, July 15, Medic-4 was dispatched to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center for a DUI blood draw.
