Police Dept. Report
Arrest—At 4:28 p.m. Thursday, July 13, officers responded to the 700 block of Broadway Street for a report of a domestic incident. Upon further investigation, officers arrested Colby Kearn, Concordia, on charges of domestic battery. Kearn was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Theft—At 7:58 p.m. Wednesday, July 12, officers responded to the 1500 block of Lincoln for a report of a theft. This incident is under investigation.
At 3:24 a.m. Friday, July 14, officers responded to the 400 block of East Eighth Street for a report of a theft. This incident is under investigation.
At 8:42 a.m. Friday, July 14, officers responded to the 100 block of East College Drive for a report of a theft. This incident is under investigation.
At 10:41 a.m. Friday, July 14, officers took a report of a theft that occurred in the 400 block of East Second Street. This incident is under investigation.
Domestic—At 3:20 a.m. Saturday, July 15, officers responded to a domestic incident in the 700 block of West 10th Street. This incident is under investigation.
Non-injury accident—At 3:57 p.m. Saturday, July 15, officers responded to a non-injury accident in the 700 block of East Sixth Street.

Sheriff's Dept. Report
Arrests—At 12:23 p.m. Tuesday, July 11, a deputy conducted a traffic stop at U.S. Highway 81 and Vale Road. After on scene investigation, the deputy arrested Ray Daniel Suratt, Pine Bluff, Ark., on an outstanding warrant out of Brown County, Kansas.
At 3.31 p.m. Tuesday, July 11, a deputy conducted a traffic stop at Oat Road and U.S. Highway 81. After on scene investigation, William Henry Mason, Concordia, and Tyler S. Burris, Wichita, were arrested for possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and THC, and possession of drug  paraphernalia, for having 41 grams of methamphetamine and four ounces of marijuana with them.
At 6:47 p.m. Tuesday, July 11, a deputy took a report of a domestic in the 300 block of Teal Road. After on scene investigation, Mark P. Murphy, Jamestown, was arrested for domestic battery.
At 5:00 p.m. Sunday, July 16, a deputy arrested Donald Duane Willard, Miltonvale, in Miltonvale, for his outstanding Cloud County warrant for charges of aggravated assault, criminal threat, and criminal damage to property.
Non-injury accidents—At 7:53 p.m. Monday, July 10, a deputy took a report of a non-injury accident located at Fawn and 90th roads.
At 9:34 a.m. Sunday, July 16, a deputy took a report of a non-injury accident located at Kansas Highway 9 and 270th Road.
Criminal Threat—At 11:51 a.m. Wednesday, July 12, a deputy took a report of criminal threat which happened in Clyde. The case is under investigation.
Theft—At 10:27 a.m. Thursday, July 13, a deputy took a theft report in Jamestown. The case is still under investigation.
At 5:28 p.m. Sunday, July 16, a deputy took a report of a theft on Meridian Road. The case is still under investigation.
