Police Dept. Report
Arrests—At approximately 11:00 p.m. July 20, officers performed a routine traffic stop in the 2100 block of Lincoln and arrested Lucas Anderson, 26, Wichita, for DUI. Anderson was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 11:10 p.m. July 20, officers responded to a disturbance call in the 400 block of East Eighth Street and arrested Mink Gartung, 30, Concordia, for domestic-related criminal damage to property. Gartung was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 9:30 p.m. July 21, officers responded to a disturbance call in the 100 block of East College Drive and arrested Brian Coppinger, Minot, N.D., for domestic-related criminal damage to property. Coppinger was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 10:50 p.m. July 21, officers responded to a disturbance call in the 800 block of East Fifth Street and arrested Rebecca Cardenas, 48, Concordia, for domestic-related criminal damage to property. Cardenas was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Accident—At approximately 7:00 p.m. July 20, officers investigated a two-vehicle accident in the 900 block of First Avenue involving a vehicle driven by Shane Bolton and a vehicle owned by Donna Trost, both of Concordia.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At approximately 11:54 p.m. July 21, Medic-4 responded to the 500 block of East 16th Street and transported a 61-year-old male to Cloud County Health Center.
At approximately 12:58 a.m. July 22, Medic-4 responded to the 500 block of East Seventh Street and transported a 69-year-old male to Cloud County Health Center.
At approximately 3:43 a.m. July 22, Medic-3 responded to Cloud County Health Center for a long-distance transport to Wesley Medical Center.
