At approximately 9:30 p.m. July 21, officers responded to a disturbance call in the 100 block of East College Drive and arrested Brian Coppinger, 50, Minot, N.D., for domestic-related criminal damage to property. Coppinger was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 10:50 p.m. July 21, officers responded to a disturbance call in the 800 block of East Fifth Street and arrested Rebecca Cardenas, 48, Concordia, for domestic-related criminal damage to property. Cardenas was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
