Police Dept. Report
Property damage--At approximately 12:35 p.m. Sunday, officers received a report of criminal damage to property in the 100 block of East 8th Street. Investigation continues.
Arrest—At approximately 7:40 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to a disturbance call in the 500 block of West 6th Street. Officers arrested Brett Rathbun, 35, Concordia, on charges of domestic assault and domestic criminal damage to property. Rathbun was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

First notice – Debit card, May 24, 500 block of East Eighth Street; debit card, May 27, 300 block of West Sixth Street; pallet, June 3, 2000 block of Lincoln Street; bicycle, June 6, 800 block of Washington Street; bicycle, June 10, 600 block of Broadway Street; tarp, June 13, unknown; wallet, June 15, 300 block of West 13th Street; debit card, June 25, 800 block of Lincoln Street.
Second notice – Agricultural product, April 22, 600 block of Lincoln Street; debit card, April 24, 800 block of Lincoln Street.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At approximately 11:04 a.m. Sunday, Medic-3 responded to Cloud County Health Center and transported a female patient to Salina Regional Health Center.
At approximately 6:39 p.m. Sunday, Medic-4 responded to Highway 9 and Quail Road for a two-vehicle accident. There was no transport.
