Sheriff's Dept. Report
Arrested/Charged—At approximately 7:38 p.m. Tuesday, September 6, a deputy stopped a vehicle in Concordia. After an on-scene investigation, Brett Michael Hare, Clay Center, was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
At approximately 8:59 p.m. Thursday, September 8, a deputy pulled over a vehicle near the intersection of 145th and Wagon roads. After an on-scene investigation, Kyle Lervold was charged with DUI.
At approximately 12:19 a.m. Saturday, September 10, a deputy took a theft report (of a stop sign) in the 100 block of Quail Road. After investigation, Cole Byron Lee Askew, Topeka; Blayne Fitcher, Lexington, Texas; Logan Michael Scully, Arnold, Md.; and Anthony Thomas Taggart, Topeka, were charged with the theft.
Criminal Trespass—At approximately 11:39 p.m. Monday, September 5, a deputy took a report of criminal trespass in Miltonvale. The case is still under investigation.
Criminal Damage—At approximately 1:43 a.m. Wednesday, September 7, a deputy took a criminal damage to property report on Rock Road. The case is still under investigation.
Accident—At approximately 9:56 p.m. Friday, September 9, a deputy took a non-injury accident report located in the 800 section of U.S. 81 Highway.
