Arrests—At approximately 1:20 p.m. Wednesday, September 1, officers arrested a 12 year old in the 400 block of West 10th Street for criminal threat.
At approximately 10:45 p.m. Wednesday, September 1, officers arrested Jessica Ludacka, 30, Concordia, in the 100 block of East College Drive on a Cloud County District Court warrant for failure to comply. Ludacka was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
