Theft—At approximately 11:04 p.m. September 6, officers responded to a theft report in the 100 block of West 11th Street. Ken Davis, Concordia, reported that unknown persons removed property belonging to him from that location.
Criminal Damage—At approximately 11:08 p.m. September 6, officers responded to a report of criminal damage to property in the 400 block of East Sixth Street. Rejeana Copple, Concordia, reported that unknown persons damaged her vehicle.
