Reynolds named new CloudCorp director

The CloudCorp board of directors has announced the hiring of Kim Reynolds as the new CloudCorp executive director.
Reynolds, who is replacing Ashley Hutchinson as the executive director, has 17 years of experience in higher education, specifically related to recruitment, retention and fundraising. The primary responsibilities at CloudCorp include recruitment of new businesses, retaining current businesses and assisting businesses during expansion.
“I am excited about this new opportunity. Ashley did an amazing job in her tenure at CloudCorp,” Reynolds said, “My goal is to continue and build on what she has put into motion. I look forward to helping the citizens of Cloud County through the advancement of economic opportunities.”
A graduate of Kansas State University with a bachelor of science degree in business administration, Reynolds received a masters of liberal studies in organizational leadership from Fort Hays State University.
Kim has been part of the community for 20 years,” CloudCorp board of directors president Tim Parker said, “In looking at her professional experience, we feel Kim brings a skill set to the position that the CloudCorp executive board was looking for. She has proven herself as someone who is good at relationship building and networking. With her longevity in and around the county and state, she has resources and contacts that will set her up for success.”
During her 17 years at Cloud County Community College, Reynolds served as vice president of student affairs and advancement, director of admissions, executive director of the Foundation, interim vice president of student services and enrollment management and an admissions counselor.
Hutchinson, who was appointed the executive director in January, 2013, resigned as to accept a position with Citizens National Bank.
Reynolds is married to Jay T. Reynolds, president of Concordia Technologies, LLC. They have three daughters, Peyton, a freshman at the University of Kansas; Kendall, a sophomore at Concordia High School; and Breckyn, a fourth grader at Concordia Elementary School.
