Sisters of St. Joseph to host annual Spaghetti Dinner

With the theme of “Hawaiian Luau,” the Sisters of St. Joseph will host the annual Spaghetti Dinner on March 15 at the Nazareth Motherhouse.
Serving about 560 people last year, the event raised $10,600.
Dinner will begin at 11 a.m. Tickets are available at the Motherhouse front desk until 3 p.m. Friday or at the door the day of the event.
Tickets can also be reserved by contacting the Development Office, and will then be available for pickup at the ticket table in the meal line.
Along with feasting on the spaghetti dinner, those attending can take a limited tour of the historic Motherhouse, which includes a stop in the Heritage Room where visitors can learn about the history of the Sisters of St. Joseph.
There will be a drawing for a gift certificate to the Motherhouse Gift Shop for anyone wearing a Hawaiian shirt.
Other activities taking place will be a bake sale featuring homemade goodies, a silent auction, the grab bag station and a raffle.
Raffle items include multiple cash prizes up to $500, a Char-Broil grill, signed limited edition print of a painting of Pope Francis by artist Rita Casper, handmade quilt, Monster web swing, four Kansas State University basketball tickets and a $200 Visa gift card.
Raffle tickets can be purchased the day of the dinner or in advance from the Motherhouse by contacting Laura Hansen at 242-2113, ext. 1221 or at lhansen@csjkansas.org.
Those attending are asked to park in the east side parking lot.
