Teen injured when car hits wall at Nazareth Motherhouse

A 16-year-old was transported to North Central Kansas Medical Center after the vehicle they were driving crashed into the wall at the Nazareth Motherhouse early Tuesday morning.

According to a news release from the Concordia Police Department, officers responded to a report of criminal damage to property at the motherhouse at 1:41 a.m..

During the investigation, officers found that a vehicle driven by the teen had struck the wall at a high rate of speed.

The teen was transported from the scene to the hospital for treatment of injuries.

Charges of criminal damage to property will be forwarded to the Cloud County Attorney's Office. Additional charges may be filed in reference to the case as the investigation continues.
