Topeka man arrested on drug-related charges 

A Topeka man is facing drug-related charges following his arrest by Concordia Police Department officers on Tuesday.
Officers responded to the 700 block of West 11th Street at about 3:50 p.m., and upon investigation arrested Jacob Anderson, 20.
Anderson was charged with distribution of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
