Two suffer injuries in accident

Two people suffered injuries in a two-vehicle accident south of Concordia at 10:06 a.m. Saturday.
According to a report from the Kansas Highway Patrol, a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 driven by Todd Alan LeDuc, 55, Concordia, was stopped on Noble Road at U.S. Highway 81.
LeDuc failed to yield at a stop sign, and was struck by a 2023 Honda Accord driven Pamela Spech, 75, Ceresco, Neb.
Spech and Tamara Floral, 48, Clatonia, Neb., were taken to North Central Kansas Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries. Both were wearing seat belts.
LeDuc complained of pain following the accident. He was not wearing a seat belt.
