CFCC approved for Hansen Grant Initiative

The Community Foundation for Cloud County (CFCC) has been approved to participate in the Dane G. Hansen Foundation 2018 Matching Grant Initiative.
The Dane G. Hansen Foundation will provide a 100% match grant for every endowed dollar raised (maximum of $50,000) for the Impact Fund for Cloud County (unrestricted grant fund) during the month of November (2018). The Matching Initiative Grant will provide an additional match of 50% ($25,000) for the CFCC administrative fund.
This means that the match from the Dane G. Hansen Foundation is 1.5 to 1. If you give $100 it becomes $250 with the Hansen match.
If $50,000 is raised, that would become a new community investment of $125,000, and would generate additional grants of $5,650 each and every year into the future.
