Accidents – At about 9:35 p.m. April 4, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a one vehicle, non-injury accident in the 400 section of K-28 Highway. A 2009 Honda driven by Dan Waterman, Jewell, was traveling eastbound when it struck a dog that had entered the highway.
At about 7:35 a.m. Wednesday, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a one vehicle, non-injury accident in the 100 section of K-9 Highway. A 1999 International semi driven by Cody Thompson, Glen Elder, was traveling eastbound when it struck a deer.
Arrests – At about 7:28 p.m. April 4, a Cloud County Sheriff's Department deputy stopped a vehicle in the 1900 block of Lincoln Street. During the stop, deputies arrested James Ruben Brown, Concordia, on a Cloud County District Court warrant for aggravated endangering a child. Brown was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At about 10:30 p.m. April 4, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a domestic disturbance at 312 Buffalo Street in Glasco. Following an investigation, deputies arrested Debrah Dillard and John Womack, Glasco. Both were charged with domestic battery and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At about 12:06 p.m. Tuesday, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to a report of a female lying in the ditch in the 500 section of K-28 Highway. Deputies and Concordia EMS made contact with the female. During the investigation, the female, Ambir Clapp, Concordia, was arrested on a Cloud County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Clapp was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
