Sheriff's Office Report
Accidents – At 6:45 a.m. September 18, the Cloud County Sheriff's Office responded to a one-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 1000 section of K-9 Highway. A 2005 Ford passenger car driven by Elizabeth Meyer, Concordia, was traveling westbound when it struck a deer.
At about 4:15 p.m. September 18, the Cloud County Sheriff's Office responded to a one-vehicle, injury accident in the 2000 section of North 190th Road. A 1998 Chevrolet Blazer driven by Eric White, Concordia, was traveling northbound when the driver lost control. The vehicle entered the east ditch where it overturned and came to rest on its side. Clyde EMS responded to the scene and transported White and a female passenger to Cloud County Health Center.
At about 9:30 p.m. September 20, the Cloud County Sheriff's Office responded to a one-vehicle accident in the 200 section of U.S. Highway 81. A 2006 Chevrolet Impala was traveling southbound when it went through the median and across the northbound lanes. Three male occupants from inside the vehicle fled on foot prior to deputies arriving. Deputies searched the area, and the individuals were not located. The investigation continues.
At about 6:20 a.m. September 22, the Cloud County Sheriff's Office responded to a one-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 2400 section of Camp Road. A 2011 Chevrolet passenger car driven by John Primeaux, Miltonvale, was traveling westbound when it struck a deer.
At about 12:15 p.m. September 24, the Cloud County Sheriff's Office responded to a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the intersection of U.S. Highway 81 and Noble Road. A 2006 Ford pickup pulling a flatbed, being driven by Dennis Burt, Belleville, was traveling eastbound on Noble Road. As the vehicle was coming to a stop at the U.S. Highway 81 intersection, the trailer disconnected from the pickup and entered the southbound lane of U.S. 81. A 2019 Volvo semi being driven by John Owen, Jr., Windsor, S.C., was traveling southbound when the vehicle struck the trailer.
Arrests – At about 3:50 p.m. September 18, the Cloud County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of an altercation  in the 600 block of Tootle Avenue in Miltonvale. Following an investigation, deputies arrested a 16-year-old juvenile male, charging him with battery. The juvenile was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center to be assessed by Juvenile Intake.
At about 12:45 p.m. September 20, a Cloud County Sheriff's Deputy stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 1500 section of U.S. Highway 81. An investigation led to the arrest of Jesse Avina Jr., Lincoln, Neb. Avina was charged with possession of cocaine and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At about 12 p.m. September 23, the Cloud County Sheriff's Office received a report of a possible fight in the 1000 section of U.S. Highway 81. The individuals got into a vehicle and began traveling southbound on U.S. 81 when a deputy located and made contact with the individuals at Gold Road. Following an investigation, deputies arrested Hanna Mohammad Muhawesh, Liazarro, Texas, charging her with domestic battery. Muhawesh was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At about 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, the Cloud County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of East Ash Street in Miltonvale. Following an investigation, deputies arrested Richard Stutsman, Miltonvale. He was charged with criminal threat, aggravated assault and criminal restraint and transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
