Accident--At approximately 3:00 p.m. November 4, officers investigated an accident in the 300 block of West 11th Street involving an unknown vehicle and property owned by the City of Concordia.
Arrest—At approximately 3:40 p.m. November 4, officers arrested Jennie Jones, 70, in the 300 block of West 10th for domestic battery. Jones was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

Arrests—At approximately 11:48 a.m. October 30, the Cloud County Sheriff's Department stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 1300 section of US 81 Hwy. Following the traffic stop, deputies arrested Jay Jones, 60, and Janice Long, 59, both of Watford City, N.D., charging them with distribution of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jones and Long were both transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
At approximately 4:20 p.m. November 2, Cloud County Sheriff's Department stopped  a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 1000 section of US 81 Hwy. During the stop, deputies arrested Larry Musilek, 63, Prague, Neb., charging him with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Musilek was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
Burglary—At approximately 4:10 p.m. October 30, Cloud County Sheriff's Department responded to the 400 block of Broadway in Clyde for a burglary report. A parked vehicle at that location was entered by an individual and several items were taken. The incident is under investigation.
Accidents—At approximately 9:00 p.m. November 2, Cloud County Sheriff's Department received a report of a one vehicle non-injury accident that occurred in the 2600 section of US 24 Hwy. A 2008 Audi passenger car driven by Brieanna Overley, Concordia, was traveling westbound when the vehicle struck a deer.
At approximately 5:00 p.m. November 3, Cloud County Sheriff's Department received a report of a one vehicle non-injury accident that occurred in the 1100 section of K 9 Hwy. A 2015 Chevy passenger car driven by Meghan Cook, Concordia, was traveling southbound when the vehicle struck a deer.

At approximately 7:26 p.m. November 4, M-4 responded to K 9 Hwy between 60th and 70th Roads for a vehicle and deer accident. There was no transport.
