Barbara JoAnne (Jan) Melhus, of rural Norway, Kansas, daughter of Joseph C. Dutton and Florence Ernestine (Davis) Dutton, was born September 26, 1934, at rural Concordia, Kansas, and passed away on January 9, 2023, at North Central Kansas Medical Center in Concordia, Kansas, at the age of 88. Cremation was selected. Memorial services for family and friends will be held at a later date. Bachelor-Surber Funeral Home, Belleville, Kansas, is in charge of arrangements.
