BARBARA A. RYALS

Barbara A. Ryals, age 84, died Friday, July 19, 2019, at Cloud County Health Center, Concordia, Kansas.  She was born on July 4, 1935, in Norway, Kansas, to Robert L. & Carrie B. (Dear) Robbins.
She graduated from Scandia High School.  She married Tommy P. Ryals on Sept. 29, 1957, in Fairbury, Neb.  He preceded her in death on Oct. 1, 1996.  She was a homemaker.
Barbara was a faithful lifetime member of a non-denominational church, the Truth and Way of Jesus.
She is survived by her sons, Jim Ryals (Teri), Concordia & Jerrod Ryals (Stephanie), Clay Center; sisters, Eva Allen (Bob) & Elaine Florea (Verle), both of Concordia; brother, Chuck Robbins (Tressie), Concordia; 9 grandchildren & 8 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Tommy; her parents; and a son, Charles “Chuck” Ryals.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 23, 2019, at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home with Brad Stuefen and Dena Keever officiating.  Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Concordia.  Visitation will be Monday, July 22, 2019, from 1-8 p.m. with family greeting friends from 6-7 p.m., all at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia.  The family suggests memorials to the family, to be designated at a later date, in care of the funeral home.  For online condolences, please visit www.chaputbuoy.com.
