Billy Dean Allred, 73, Concordia, Kan., died Friday, October 21, 2022. He was born February 5, 1949, in Dallas, Texas, to Jesse & Lou Allred, and served in the U.S. Army.
Survived by: wife, Patricia (Anderson) Allred; brother, Vernon; mother-in-law, Janette Thorpe; sister-in-law, Michell; daughter, Camri Tidwell; 3 gr.children, nieces, nephews. Preceded: parents, 2 siblings.
