Billy E. Lavoie, 79, died Monday, October 31, 2022. He was born on May 31, 1943, in Concordia, Kansas, to Merle H. & Betty D. (Hess) Lavoie.
Billy attended schools in Concordia and worked construction. He loved to cook.
He is survived by his sister, Dixie Trost (Bud), Aurora; sister-in-law, Kathy Lavoie; nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, family and friends. He was preceded by his parents & a brother, Ted.
