Cathy Jo Morgan Spangler

Cathy Jo Morgan Spangler was born in Concordia, Kansas, March 30, 1956, and entered into rest on November 14, 2023, at her Abilene home. Cathy graduated from Clyde High School with the class of 1974. She attended Cloud County Community College and Floral Design School in Colorado. She worked at flower shops in Concordia, Belleville, Salina, and Abilene. She is preceded in death by parents, Lyle & Joan Morgan; Paul and Isadean Spangler, her in-laws. She is survived by her husband, Calvin of Abilene; son, Duncan of Chapman; sister, Barbara Shunn (Marvin) of Concordia; nephew, Lee Dunlap (Erika) of Wamego & uncle, Mark Morgan (Dorothy) of Concordia.  
Graveside services will be officiated by Pastor Stan Norman, on December 15 at 1:00 p.m. at the Hollis Cemetery, Hollis, Kansas. Friends and family gathering at the Whole Wall Museum, Sixth & Lincoln, Concordia, after the service.
