Jean Knowlton, 100, died Dec. 16, 2023. She was born Aug. 1, 1923, to Theodore & Bessie (Snyder) Menhusen at Jewell, Kan. She married Albert Knowlton on Dec. 26, 1943.
Preceded: parents, husband; 2 sisters; 1 brother; 3 nephews. Survived: daughters, Ann Colson, Nancy Anderson; gr.children, Marcia, Gary, Joe, Peg, Kathy, Darrell; 18 gr.-gr.children; 28 gr.-gr.-gr.children.
Visitation: Thurs., Dec. 21, Kleppinger Funeral Home, Jewell, 2-6 p.m. Funeral Services: Friday, Dec. 22, Trinity Methodist Church, Jewell, 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow at Wallace Cemetery, Jewell. Memorials: Trinity Methodist Church, Solomon Valley Hospice, MCHHS Resident Care Center.
