Duvall is recipient of Ron Cossel Scholarship

Concordia High School graduate Elizabeth Duvall has been named the recipient of the Ron Cossel Memorial Scholarship.
Duvall is the daughter of Josh and Mary Frances Duvall. She plans to attend Washburn University and major in music education.
