Abilene knocks off eighth grade boys

Abilene dealt the Concordia eighth grade boys' basketball team a 47-22 home loss on Thursday.
Concordia trailed 17-8 at the end of the first quarter.
The Panthers were limited to two points in the second period, and Abilene scored 19 to go up 36-10 at halftime.
Abilene doubled up Concordia 8-4 in the third quarter, and led 44-14.
The Panthers scored eight points in the final period to three for Abilene.
Baylor Knox and Chane Parker scored eight points each for Concordia.
The Concordia B-team fell 39-9 to Abilene.
