Bearcats top Panthers

The Concordia Panthers suffered a 13-6 loss to the Ellsworth Bearcats in sixth grade Central Kansas Football League play last Saturday at Harold M. Clark Stadium.
Ellsworth led the game 7-0 at halftime.
Concordia made it a 7-6 game on a 25-yard touchdown pass from Gehrig Bechard to Easton Knox.
The Panthers were unable to convert on the extra point attempt.
A touchdown by Ellsworth in the fourth quarter made it 13-6.
Knox finished with 53 yards receiving for Concordia.
Zac Stovall led the Panther defense with five tackles. Derrick Jumper Jr. had four tackles.
Concordia will play the Salina Mustangs at Salina Stadium on Saturday.
