Cagrlen selected to play in KABC All-Star Game

Concordia High School senior Cav Carlgren has been selected to participate in the Kansas Basketball Coaches Association All-Star Game.
The all-star game will be played on June 18 at 7:30 p.m. in Mabee Arena on the campus of Kansas Wesleyan University in Salina.
Carlgren, a 6-2 guard, averaged 18.7 points, 10.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.6 steals for Concordia this past season. He was an All-North Central Kansas League selection and received Class 4A All-State honorable mention by the Kansas Basketball Association.
Joining Carlgren on the gold team in the all-star game, and their schools, include:
Chase Harris, Wichita Heights; Dreylin Kemp, Wichita Heights; Kyle Grill, Maize; Ty Henry, Topeka Seaman; Seth Madron, McPherson; Cason Richardson, Hesston; Brett Sarwinski, Galena; Fred Criqui, St. Mary's; Matt Potucek, Hillsboro; Trever Quaney, Burlingame; and Scott Price, Bucklin.
Playing for the blue team include:
Kernan Bundy, Blue Valley North; Mozae Downing, Lawrence Free State; Sam Somerhalder, St. James Academy; Elijah Brooks, Topeka West; Jake Fritz, Wamego; Kaleb Becker, Abilene; Nahcs Wahwassuck, Royal Valley; Harrison Voth, Cheney; Toby Miller, Lyndon; Avery Gatzemeyer, Valley Falls; Derek Hoelting, Olpe; and Emmit Jueneman, Hanover.
