Cloud County Co-op gets past Subway

Scoring 12 runs in the first two innings, Cloud County Co-op downed Subway 13-9 in Girls' Softball play Thursday night at the Concordia Sports Complex.
Cloud County Co-op doubled up Subway 6-3 in the first inning of the game.
Each team scored six runs in the second inning, and Cloud County Co-op led 12-6.
Cloud County Co-op added one run in the third inning.
Bailey Conner scored three runs for Cloud County Co-op. Kingly Kisby, Lilly Jessup, Genevieve Demanett and Trinity McWhorter scored two runs each.
Brynn Anderson, Ava Metro and Emma Bray scored two runs each for Subway.
In the other game played Thursday night, the American Legion pounded out a 22-10 victory over Auburn Pharmacy.
The American Legion got out to a 6-0 lead in the first inning.
Auburn Pharmacy scored three runs in the second inning.
The American Legion answered with six runs, and led 12-3.
Auburn Pharmacy outscored the American Legion 5-4 in the third inning and trailed 16-8.
Scoring six runs in the fourth inning, to two runs for Auburn Pharmacy, the American Legion made it 22-10.
Morgan Lister, Camleigh Hake and Stella Trost scored three runs each for the American Legion.
Mckayla Cherney scored three runs for Auburn Pharmacy.
