Concordia defeats Cowgirls, 39-34

Kinsleigh Bethune and Madison Meyer each scored in double figures to lead the Concordia junior varsity girls' basketball team to a 39-34 home win over Abilene on Friday.
Bethune led the way for Concordia with 11 points and Meyer scored 10.
Concordia had a 12-10 lead after one quarter of play.
The Panthers tossed in 14 points in the second period, to 11 for Abilene, to make it a 26-21 game.
Concordia outscored the Cowgirls 9-7 in the third quarter, and led 35-28.
Abilene added six points in the final stanza to four for the Panthers.
