Concordia JV tumbles to Trojans, 37-27

BELOIT — The Concordia junior varsity girls' basketball team was beaten 37-27 by Beloit in the season opener on Friday night.
Concordia trailed Beloit 10-3 after one quarter of play.
Each team scored 10 points in the second period, and the Trojans led 20-13 at halftime.
Beloit outscored the Panthers 7-5 in the third quarter to go up 27-18.
The Trojans added 10 points in the final period to nine for Concordia.
Hanna Acree and Erinae Flesher scored six points each for the Panthers.
