Eighth grade boys

Jumping out to a big lead in the opening quarter, the Concordia eighth-grade boys' basketball team cruised to a 56-17 home win over Chapman on Thursday.
Concordia led the game 22-7 after one quarter of play.
The Panthers doubled up Chapman 8-4 in the second period.
Concordia limited Chapman to 5 points in the third quarter, and pumped in 18, to go up 48-16.
The Panthers added eight points in the final stanza and gave up just one.
Ayden Krier led three Concordia players in double figures with 12 points.
Macon Farha and Brandon Vignery added 10 points each.
The Concordia B-team downed Chapman 27-16.
Brody Knox scored six points for the Panthers.
