Eighth grade boys fall

The Concordia eighth grade boys' basketball team fell 58-29 to Eisenhower Middle School, Manhattan, in a home game on Thursday.
Concordia trailed 14-5 after one quarter of play.
Eisenhower scored 11 points in the second period, to 10 points for the Panthers, and led 25-15 at halftime.
Each team scored nine points in the third quarter, and it was a 34-24 game.
Eisenhower poured in 19 points in the final period, and limited Concordia to five points.
Joey Henderson led the Panthers with eight points. Lewis VanMeter added seven points.
The Concordia B-team fell 38-11 to Eisenhower.
Caleb Hanson scored six points for Concordia.
