Eighth grade falls, 45-33

Sacred Heart dealt the Concordia eighth grade boys' basketball team a 45-33 home loss on Monday.
Concordia trailed just 7-6 after one quarter of play.
The Panthers were outscored 13-9 in the second stanza, and trailed 21-16 at halftime.
Sacred Heart tossed in 14 points in the third quarter, to 11 for Concordia, to make it 35-27.
The Panthers scored six points in the final period, and gave up 10 points.
Luke Donovan led Concordia with 14 points. Karson Lister added nine points.
The Concordia B-team fell 39-22 to Sacred Heart.
Sacred Heart had a 30-7 halftime lead.
Concordia scored 15 points in the second half to nine for Sacred Heart.
Carter Riley paced the Panthers with seven points.
