F&A Food Sales tops Clifton/Clyde

CLYDE —F&A Food Sales posted a 12-5 K-18 Baseball NCK League victory over Clifton/Clyde on Tuesday night.
The game was scoreless through two innings.
F&A Food Sales went on top to stay with three runs in the top of the third inning.
Drake Blochlinger doubled to drive in Baylor Knox and Kale Schroeder.
Blochlinger scored on a single by Rush LeDuc.
F&A Food Sales extended the lead to 6-0 with three runs in the fourth inning.
Knox, Schroeder and Blochlinger all singled and scored in the inning.
Lane Hansen walked and scored in the top of the fifth inning, and F&A Food Sales led 7-0.
Clifton-Clyde made it a 7-2 game with two runs in the bottom of the sixth inning.
F&A Food Sales upped its lead to 12-2 with five runs in the top of the seventh inning.
Boone Richard had a two-run single in the inning.
Blochlinger and LeDuc drove in one run each.
Clifton-Clyde scored three runs in the bottom of the seventh inning.
Chane Parker pitched the first five innings for F&A Food Sales to get the win.
Blochlinger worked the final two innings. He also had two hits, drove in four runs and scored three.
LeDuc had two hits and knocked in two runs.
Hansen, Knox and Schroeder scored two runs each.
