F&A shuts out Republic County, 12-0

COURTLAND — F&A Food Sales shut out Republic County 12-0 in K-18 Baseball NCK League play Tuesday night at the Concordia Sports Complex.
Following a scoreless first inning, F&A Food Sales put up four runs in the top of the second inning.
Parker Jackson led off the inning with a walk and came around to score the first run.
Boone Richard singled and scored in the inning.
Cade Laws reached base with two out and would score.
Lane Hansen was hit by a pitch and scored a run.
Sending 13 batters to the plate, F&A Food Sales scored eight runs in the top of the third inning to extend its lead to 12-0.
Baylor Knox was hit by a pitch to lead off. He scored the first run.
Ayden Krier doubled and scored.
Richard reached base on an error and scored for the second time in the game.
Kale Schroeder walked and scored.
Koehn Williams reached base and came around to score.
Laws drew a walk and scored in the inning.
Hansen and Brandon Vignery were both hit by pitches and scored.
The game ended after three innings because of the 10-run rule.
Hansen was the winning pitcher for F&A Food Sales.
Laws and Hansen joined Richard in scoring two runs in the game.
