Four Panthers receive all-league honors

Four members of the Concordia High School boys' basketball team have received All-North Central Kansas League honors.
Joey Henderson and Payton Breese were named to the All-North Central Kansas League team.
Peyton Retter and Chane Parker received all-league honorable mention.
Concordia finished the season 13-9 overall and 7-3 and in second place in the NCKL.
Abilene went 10-0 on its way to winning the league title.
Henderson, a senior guard, was the leading scorer for Concordia, averaging 13.5 points per contest. He also led the team in assists with 63 and steals with 26.
Breese, a senior guard, averaged 9.6 points and 2.3 assists per contest. He had a team-high three-point field goal makes with 44 and shot 41 percent from three-point range.
Retter, a junior guard, averaged 10.5 points and 2.5 assists per game. He shot 83 percent from the free throw line.
Parker, a sophomore forward, averaged 6.8 points and a team-best 6 rebounds. He shot 58 percent from the field.
Joining Henderson and Breese on the all-league team include: Will Otott, junior, Marysville; Kelan Gruver, sophomore, Chapman; Cole Pladson, junior, Clay Center; Brax Fisher, senior, Abilene; Stockton Timbrook, senior, Abilene; Spencer Hecht, senior, Wamego; Justin Wright, senior, Clay Center; and Jace Weller, junior, Clay Center.
Receiving all-NCKL honorable mention include: Tyler Holloway, junior, Abilene; CJ Holm, senior, Chapman; Gage Picking, senior, Chapman; and Weston Langvardt, senior, Chapman.
