Giersch signs with Kansas Wesleyan

Concordia High School senior Shelby Giersch signed a national letter of intent on Thursday to attend Kansas Wesleyan University and play football.
A three-year starter at center for Concordia, Giersch earned All-North Central Kansas League recognition on offense his sophomore, junior and senior seasons.
Giersch was part of an offensive line that led the way for a Concordia team that averaged 383 yards and 38 points per game.
Concordia finished up 8-3 and picked up two wins in the Class 3A playoffs.
